Is your PC or Laptop Computer no longer running as fast as it once was , does it constantly lock up or stop responding or has it stopped working all together, If so we can help, Our Qualified Technician is a Windows PC Specialist and whether you have a Hardware or Software issue we will be able to repair the problem for you and we operate on a no fix no fee policy so if we are unable to fix the problem you don't pay a penny, sometimes the issue can be fixed on site but when that isn't possible we will take the item to our workshop and perform the Computer Repair as quickly as possible before returning the PC or Laptop to you at a time convenient to you.

Installations & Upgrade's

RAM (Random Access Memory) Upgrade (Not includung RAM, just labour) one of the best ways to speed up your PC or Laptop is to add RAM.

Set up a new Desktop PC Computer including Keyboard, Monitor, Mouse, Printer WI-FI etc. If Data need's transferring from one PC to the new PC the price will be around £60 including the Set-up depending on the amount of data to be transferred and the speed of the PC'S.

Laptop Computer & PC Maintenance and Data

PC or Laptop MOT and Tune-Up (This includes a Hardware Check, cleaning inside and out removing dust from filters, Disk Defragmentation, Disk Cleanup, apply all Windows system patches and updates and general system optimisation.

Data Backup using customer provided back-up device DVD'S Internal/External Hard Drives USB Memory stick etc. 

Data Backup with Supernova PC Repair providing the back up device. 32 GB Backup Device can be sourced for around £20, 64GB Backup Device for around £30, please contact us for further information. (Note: Data Back-up is extremely important and highly recommended, if your data (pictures, videos, music, document's) are not backed up then in the event of a failure this information could be lost forever.

Data Recovery It is sometimes possible to recover some or all data from devices such as Hard Drives or USB Memory, in the event of a failure of one of these devices switch them off and stop using them immediately, The Longer you continue to use the device the higher the chance the data will be lost forever. We will not charge to investigate the issue and can provide a list of files and documents we are able to recover before you decide if you would like to go ahead however we will charge a small fee for collection and delivery.

From £50 dependant on amount of data recoverable and difficulty of recovery.

Hardware Failure

Desktop PC Power Supply Failure (Not including Power Supply Unit), If this is required let us know if we don't have one in stock we can order the part for you as quickly as possible, usually next day delivery.
